Summer can be abusive on an cooling system and the costs of repairs can quickly pile up. Daniels Air knows this and strives to deliver knowledge and value to its customers. During the month of June, Daniels Air received a distressful phone call from the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Dallas requesting urgent maintenance on the the building’s air conditioning unit. Service Manager Raymond Daniels responded promptly, directing maintenance crews to the site. Upon arrival, the team inspected the system and determined that, despite previous estimates from other AC repair sources, the problem could be solved quickly at a low cost.
A week later Daniels Air received over a dozen letters from the children of the Boys and Girls club thanking them for their hard work and honesty. A plaque signed by the children and staff was also presented formally commending Daniels Air on its work.
