Hello! I just wanted to thank ya'll for the outstanding customer service that we received from Daniels. Our air conditioner went out on Tuesday, and Frank came out to give us an estimate on Wednesday. He said that ya'll were very busy and that it may be a week or so before the unit could be installed. He called back on Thursday and said he could fit us in for Saturday. The three man crew that came out were very professional, and they worked hard all day long to install our new air and heating unit. I know they must have been miserable in that heat! The new unit is SO quiet, and I actually got cold during the night on Sunday! We were very pleased with the service we received when our heater was replaced last fall. We were told it would take half a day to install and the estimate was correct. The price we were quoted was very reasonable and the employee's were very polite. We recently requested freon for our air conditioning unit and we received prompt service even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. We moved to this location from the Northeast. One of the frightening things about relocating is finding reliable service. Prior to being introduced to Daniels by neighbors, we had several other companies service our air conditioning. We were looking for a family run business with the qualities of dependability, integrity, and fair pricing. We have certainly found all of those things with this company. When we call, we are received in a friendly manner and scheduled promptly. They explain diagnosis in an easily understandable manner, give estimates by which they stand, and perform the repair promptly. On several occasions they could have taken advantage of our self diagnosing and lack of knowledge, and preformed repairs much in excess of what is needed. Rather, they have always been honest to present options for the least expensive but efficiently workable way to insure that we maintain our air conditioning. Our experience with your company has been of satisfaction. We have had your company out several times perform various services on our heating and air conditioning system. We have always been very pleased with the service provided and the workmanship. Your company has always responded on a very timely basis when we have called for service. Your servicemen have always satisfactory explained what the problem was and also showed us where the problem was.
Too often in this day and age of "rush, rush, rush", we only hear feedback from customers when we do something wrong. Well I wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed I am with Daniels Air Conditioning. I had a work order with *********** to come out and replace my entire system to the tune of about $12K. I cancelled this work order for 2 reasons. 1) Their response time to my phone calls was excessive and 2) they had to come out and correct something minor and they charged me $80 for what amounted to 2 minutes worth of work. When I questioned this type of customer service, I got a 4 paragraph e-mail from the owner stating that the $80 wasn't even enough to cover his overhead. Needless to say, I had no intention of giving him additional business. My neighbors recommended Daniels and I couldn't be happier. Broke....but happy. Brian is one of those rare gems who is brilliant technically but can also speak to customers. I escaped with $5K worth of work and his suggestion bought me enough time to bank another $7K to finish the rest of the job. I have an elderly person and 2 small kids in my house and the rising temperature after the install gave me good reason to be concerned...but I never got voicemail when I called for support. Not even when I called at 9pm on a Sunday night and 8pm on a Friday night!! Donna and Cynthia always took my calls and made me feel like I was their only customer. Johnny took my call that Sunday night from the top of a KFC and his support was the only reason I was able to relax enough to get some sleep. Jacob, Shane, and Scott were also tremendously helpful in their own ways. Shane reassured me that my condenser was not the piece of crap I thought it to be and Scott would not quit until he practically disassembled the entire unit to figure out why it wasn't working. He could easily have told me I needed to have it replaced but he didn't. Even when it seemed like my system was doomed to keep malfunctioning, Brian did not seem to mind that he ended up coming all the way out to my house at 6pm only to find a fan switch was the culprit. The level of service provided by every member of your team is impressive. I am a national sales manager for a video game company so I deal with customers every day. Very rarely do I see an entire team of individuals who I myself would like to hire! You guys know customer service like nobody's business and I will be MORE than happy to give you all of my heating and cooling business from here on out.
