I requested a service call late on the afternoon of Wednesday (7/20) in the height of our current heat wave and you provided a repair tech in less than one hour. He was a young man named Aaron who responded quickly and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my outside unit, went to his truck, and provided the solution I needed to get my AC back online. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Daniels Air coming to my rescue.
I wanted to send a note of appreciation for the service provided by one of your technicians. A little over a year ago, Evert Martinez came out and spent quite a bit of time getting our system back up and running. When I called Daniels to come back out again at the end of April this year, I was pleased to see Evert again. And as he did last year, Evert went that extra mile in getting the unit repaired. He was extremely professional, going over everything in detail, and providing stellar service and follow-up. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Josh, who was the technician that was atour home checking our HVAC units when my husband began experiencing pressure in his chest andwe had to leave to go to the emergency room. I left the house in Josh's care and he completed his testing and left the house secure when he left. He is doing fine, and I was relieved to come home Thursday evening and find the house safe and secure.

We Recently had a total a/c and heating installation at our residence. I would like to pass on my thanks to Tony Mendes for his great work during this project. He is a true professional who organized the work and ensured an expeditious installation during an unusually hot spell in June. He was also constantly in touch and kept us updated on the installation and inspection schedule. Israel's installation crew was efficient, thorough and professional. We marveled at the choreographed "ballet" as equipment came in and out, all up and down 3 flights of stairs! Israel put on the finishing touches as a thunderstorm was bearing down on his crew.... Super job by all! I would recommend Danie's to anyone. Period. A great staff makes a great company! Keep up the great work. Thank You.

A note to compliment your company on the quick service and the crew that provided it. I called this morning just before 8:00AM with a leaking water heater. The crew arrived at the house at 08:30AM and had a new water heater installed before 11:00AM. James and Gary were very professional, courteous and efficient. They put up with all my questions and didn't even charge extra to answer them. When they left, the area they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived. Thanks again for the quick, courteous and efficient service. I'm sure I will call Daniels again if I have air conditioning or plumbling needs.
Daniels Staff: Just a brief not to say thank you to Mr. Kuykendall and the crew that removed our old funace and air conditioner. The crew did an excellent job in all aspects of this job from start to finish. Furnace works super and we hold high hopes for the air conditioner when the hot season starts.
Thank you for providing excellent and effective communication which allowed us to make the best possible decisions. Also, your approach and professionalism helped us determine which bid to accept among four choices within two zip codes. Daniels Air was referred to us by Home Depot. Before we made our agreement to buy, we checked them out with Angie's List and there was nothing negative. After getting a bid from two other companies, we went with these guys and what a great decision! We were very happy from the time we first contacted them to our meeting, and throughout installation. They were very professional and knowledgable. It was an enjoyable experience to deal with this company. They finished promptly (in fact, ahead of the time they approximated) and we are enjoying our cool house and lower cooling bill. We will be calling them for our downstairs unit when the time comes.
