How To Communicate With Your Technician

How To Communicate With Your Technician!

If your heating or cooling unit acts up, be prepared to provide the following information to the service technician.

  • The brand and/or model number of the unit
  • The age of the unit
  • When it was last serviced
  • When you first noticed anything unusual such as any unusual odors or noises coming from the unit.
  • Any unusal fluids or leakage around the unit

By providing detailed information you could actually speed up the diagnosis and service of your equipment thus returning your home to a comfortable level faster.
